Every owner and business is unique and in my 20 years as a business coach I have worked in many fields of business. Business coaching has allowed me to work thru many types of issues. It’s always exciting to be able to solve unique issues.

My approach is to look at what you are doing and how you are doing it. I analyze what you have achieved so far and measure the potential for growth. I assess your skills, abilities and behaviors. Then we look at how they relate to where you are in your business and where you want to be.
Success
I am a numbers person with finance being one of my strengths. The amazing thing in a business is that numbers don’t lie. Yet understanding the numbers is only the basis to start to be successful.
Life is short, we are here to enjoy it and find contentment in our choices. To be successful and profitable, your business should be balanced. When balanced, the energy is released and success is achievable.
